Virtual Birth Doula Package

The same Compassionate, Empowering support, through virtual consultations and continuous online support.

• Monthly video chats until 36 weeks

• Weekly video chats from 37 weeks-until birth

• Prenatal educational Support

• Guidance in creating a birth plan that aligns with your desires and beliefs.

• Educational resources shared

• Mind, body, spirit labor coaching/"pain-free" techniques

• Coaching for support person/partner

• Comforting Labor Support: Continuous virtual support during labor via text, call, or video, offering comfort measures, guidance, and advocacy.

• Weekly video chats for 6 weeks postpartum

$60 initial mini birth coaching session

Postpartum Doula Services

Welcoming a new baby is a beautiful, transformative time — and having compassionate, hands-on support can make all the difference. I provide personalized postpartum care to help new families adjust, recover, and thrive.

• Newborn Care Support: Assistance with feeding, soothing, diapering, and establishing routines.

• Maternal Support: Helping mom rest, recover, and care for herself while adjusting to postpartum life.

• Overnight Support: Overnight care to allow parents to sleep while I handle nighttime newborn needs.

• Household Assistance: Light meal prep, laundry, and organizational support to ease daily responsibilities.

• Parent & Family Guidance: Coaching on newborn care, feeding strategies, and partner/family involvement.

  Rates

• Daytime Support: $45–$60/hour

• Overnight Support (8–12 hours): $400–$600/night

• Newborn Only Sessions: $45–$55/hour

• Customized Packages: Available upon request for longer-term support or specific needs
